Returns & Refunds

Made to order

Each 34 Degrees Design cartographic work is printed to order. Because works are specially produced for each customer, we do not offer returns for change of mind once an order has entered production.

Delivery details

Please check your delivery information carefully before submitting an order. 34 Degrees Design cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout.

Before dispatch

Each print is checked before dispatch for major production issues, including obvious print faults, folds or significant production defects.

When your work arrives

Please inspect the protective tube or packaging before opening it. If the tube or packaging appears visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and keep the packaging until the issue has been assessed.

Please take care when removing paper or canvas works from their protective tubes.

Production faults

If your work arrives with a genuine print-production fault, please contact us promptly with clear photographs of the issue and the packaging. Where a production fault is confirmed, the work will be reprinted and redispatched.

Damage in transit

If your work appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact us promptly with photographs of the work, the tube and the packaging. If courier damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement print and redispatch it at no additional cost to you.

Unpacking and handling

Damage caused by rough unpacking, bending, creasing, scratching, marking, improper detubing or mishandling after delivery is not covered by the replacement policy.

Colour and display variation

Colour can vary slightly between screens and printed works. Every effort is made to reproduce the artwork faithfully, but minor colour variation between digital previews and the final printed work is not considered a production fault.

International orders

International shipping is quoted at cost before payment. Any import duties, customs charges, taxes, clearance fees or destination-country charges remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

How to report an issue

To report a production or delivery issue, please email orders@34degreesdesign.com and include your order number, your name, the product ordered, clear photographs of the issue, photographs of the packaging where relevant, and a short description of what happened.
