Planning & development visioning
Development visioning is the work done before a plan is a plan: reading a site or a region across scales, establishing what structure it already has, and setting out a spatial framework coherent enough that separate decisions taken over years still add up to one place.
It is deliberately implementation-conscious. A vision that cannot be phased, funded or defended in front of stakeholders is a drawing, not a framework.
